ASA 81 mg
This week I started carrying a small stash of emergency low-dose aspirin in a little screw container that attaches to my vehicle keys. I'm sure you all know that two tablets of ASA 81 mg is emergency first aid in the event for a heart attack. Strokes can be a little different; you should let the doctor decide whether not ASA would be appropriate. As the saying goes, "If you don't prepare, you prepare to fail". I figured this little addition to my daily-carry will make me a little harder to kill.

Today, I weighed 202.8lbs, which is right back where I started. I’m not disappointed in the least, because I know this will happen and it’s ok that it does. I walked 5.11km - 1hr 21min - 360 active calories.
