Dave Morrow I a question for you I started back working out at the end of June. I work out every day doing different things. I started doing sit up to help with my abs Im doing 3 to 4 set of 20 and taking a minute or two break between sets. Im having lower back pain while doing my sit ups Im engaging my core while doing my sets. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to not have back pain.
