With the season ending for many and playoffs starting (good luck to those in the state tournament!) now is the time to get started on your offseason plans.
That doesn’t mean you should jump in right away. It may be useful to take some time off (and by that I mean a few days to a week) and make plans for how you can reach your goals for next season.
Some important questions to consider:
1) what skills do I need to improve?
2) how long will it take to improve those skills sufficiently?
3) what is a consistent schedule I can keep to reach my goals?
4) who else can help me reach my goals?
5) what obstacles will I face and how can I overcome them?
There are likely more that you can think of, but these are important ones to get started with.
Let’s get to work!
