Stop. Sit up tall. Tuck your chin in. Drop your shoulders away for your ears. Unclench your jaw. Release any tension in your hips. Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of 1-2-3-4. Hold for a count of 7. Open your mouth and slowly exhale for a count of 7. Repeat 3-5 times. Then go back to your emails ✨
