Why are seed oils not bad?
In my experience, seed oils have never done any good for me. For example, some time I ago I fell into a massive rut. Didn’t care about my diet or anything (I still kept working out tho). In specific, I began eating things with seed oils. And after a couple months, I noticed that my gyno felt a bit heavier. Which is weird because it had been the same for quite a while and I wasn’t obese. As far as I know, I wasn’t going anything that would really have increased my estrogen as well other than consuming seed oils.
