My blue belt journey, from December 2023 until now...

Have you ever noticed that you are training with the same people every day, and that it gets to a point where you already know your pattern.

But when someone comes from another gym, Same level, similar weight, and you realize that after all the problem was not you who were behind the others, but in your head.

The day I stopped demanding so much was when I started to develop my style of play more, without a defined pattern, and I started to have fun.

So, enjoy every moment, every drill, every sweep, every submission, every tap.
