Product management requires us to do a lot of tasks. These tasks vary depending on seniority, company maturity, product maturity, goals, etc.
However, all of the tasks that we do can be rolled up into these 4 steps. It doesn't matter if you're a CPO or APM, you're doing 1 or more things that roll up to these 4 larger buckets.
At least that is how I have thought of my role as a PM for a long time.
