Evergreen task to give VA?

Hey Jimmy, I have a VA, she’s great, superstar. I hired her for 20 hours per week, due to heaps of AI hiring other staff and stuff , she now only needs to work like 4 hours a week, so now I don’t want to cut her hours or her pay cause she’s been great, but I want to give her a task that can benefit my agency somehow, any suggestions on evergreen tasks I can give , thought you may have some examples
