Turning Down Clients' Leads
Hey everyone, We do appointment setting for our clients (home improvement) but one of our clients' business is pretty big and has a minimum job size of a couple thousand, and prioritizes higher income zip codes. How do/would you guys turn down leads that are below the minimum size or not in a good zip code in this case? Also, we do PPA, so if anyone has experience doing PPA for clients who are more selective with what jobs they take on please let me know! I'm also planning to use something like Appointwise down the line and don't want it to book in customers that the client isn't interested in

@Yousuf Hashimi Yeah our lead quality is really good in terms of responsiveness, but our client wants to filter out leads that are in lower income zip codes and job size value. We ask for zip codes in the lead form, but autofill makes them sometimes inaccurate, and job size we can't really tell until we've already been in contact and know what work the leads need done. I'm asking how everyone turns down the leads in a friendly way if we've been in contact and then find out they're not what the client is wanting

Running out of companys to reach out to
Hello guys! Currently working on the presentation of my company, so website, socials etc etc. But ran into a slight problem today when i was cold calling. I didn’t have any more companies that I could call, I currently only use IG for outreach, I follow the companies and then go thru their website and then I call them. Do you guys have any other outreach methods u think I should give a try?, share ur methods. Thx!

What niche?

@Elias Somi yeah so what @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell said. No such thing as running out of leads, especially if you don’t have a niche
Leads outside zone
Why am i getting leads from outside the location that i have set up for my client? Apparently i have to use geofencing where i physically exclude other surrounding areas?

Yeah especially somewhere like London where there's a lot of tourists or people who take the train into the city for work there's not much you can do.
Ads During Holiday Season
Hey all, I'm running a home improvements SMMA based in the US and I'm debating whether to wait until the new year to sign new clients due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday, thanksgiving, and Christmas ad competition combined with the home improvements industry being in the 'slow' season. I want to make sure we can deliver on our guarantees and don't want to sign a client up then start their ads in such a difficult time of year and let them down. Should I wait, and what kind of results differences have y'all seen around this time of year?

Absolutely. Click through rate = anyone who clicks "Read More" or basically anything else on your ad. If your first line of copy is great people will click "Read More" -> higher CTR all
