Problem: Why is that some leads that I get never pick up the phone but reply with interest to my text automation?
Attempted Solutions: I call them everyday twice a day and ofc I try calling them I soon as they make an inquiry ( I work a job so I can't always make that in time).
Question: Are text automations only to keep the leads engaged? And if so, but they don't pick up the phone I should at least reply to their questions, right?
For example, if a lead says "Hi Yovani. Is it possible giving me a quote for solar without coming over? Our ave electric bill is at $165"
I could reply by saying "Hi John. Yes it is possible but we would still need to talk with you whether that be in person our virtually.
Whats the best time for us to call you so we could set up a date for us to talk 1 on 1?"
