Selling Conversion Rate for Real Estate?
Hey guys,
I'm just working a bit on my offer and really wondered about this:
How high is the average conversion rates from the first meeting like a free evaluation to getting the selling contract? I heard from a few real estate agents that mentioned it's somewhere between 30%-50% for them.

It's only for selling interested people who want to sell their home with a real estate agent.
