There is a way to eat more food and lose more weight, yes quite literally, you can eat more food volume, 2,3,4 lbs of food and still lose weight, BUT HOW ? 馃く
Well, this is by eating high volume, low calorie foods, think vegetables, fruits and lean protein like chicken breast, turkey breast and lean beef. I used to eat over 2lbs of carrots when i was first losing weight and it was super east to stay in a caloric deficit that way.
Moral of the story, find a food that is low calorie and when you get cravings, fill up on that food to not allow your brain to crave and then eat junk 馃い
