Why I AVOID Cheat Meals When Losing Fat ❌
The further you get into your diet the higher chance there is that cheat meals turn into cheat days, cheat weeks and full blown rebounds 🙁 I've found it easier to avoid completely than to eat in moderation 👊 Share your cheat meal experience down below please, can you eat in moderation or are you similar to me where one cheat meal can ruin a day or week 🍕

Weight Loss Is a Psychological Game 🧠
After doing loads of research, reading books, studies, opposing opinions , I've come to by biggest discovery yet 💫 For the most part, it does not matter how good your nutrition is, we all know what is healthy and what isn't, but if that was all you needed, simply knowledge, then we would have have this obesity crisis 🤒 People don't struggle with knowing what to eat, they struggle eating what they know they should 🙁 Focus on the psychological aspect of weight loss more compared to the scientific nutrition part. After years of dieting, I've realized that building psychological strength and willpower will do far more wonders for fat loss than any diet hack ever could 💪

Why You Lose SO MUCH On KETO 🤔
So it's quite a common occurrence that people go on the keto diet or some form of low carb and lose a lot of weight very quickly, why is that ? CARBS HOLD A LOT OF WATER 🌊 The reason you loose 5,10 or even 15 lbs in your first few weeks of keto is because when you get rid of the carbs, your body looses all the water that the carbs were holding, thus you feel lighter, become less bloated and lose a bit more weight 🥕 BUT THERES A CATCH 🫠 The weight you lose is NOT FAT, you can do this on any other diet and it is just a byproduct of keto and it does not mean that keto is the best diet for long term weight loss, if you stick best with keto then do keto, if not, then stick to the diet that works well for you 🥗 Personally I tried keto and I never liked it, I like tracking my calories, so it's all personal preference 👊

Focus On Consistency Over Discipline When Losing Weight 🫡
I am creating a video and I want to quote myself as I believe my words may help some people out here. I said something along the lines of "Focus on consistency over perfection. When you first start dieting you will have slips ups here and there regardless, over time this does get easier but at the beginning, while you still have not built up that discipline and consistency, focus on building consistency first". This is very true, you will have slips in your diet here and there, instead of getting too down on yourself, look at the big picture, are you eating less calories this month compared to last month, if you are then there you go, you are on track to lose more weight this month 👊

60% MORE Likely To Be Fat If Your Friend Is Obese 🤯
I was recently reading a book that mentioned some data published by the Framingham heart study which shows that the risk of becoming obese rose by 60% if your friend was obese, 40% with an obese brother or sister and 37% for someone who’s husband or wife is obese, even if they lived in different cities. All of this applied even if said relative or friend or lover was not living with you and lived in a different city 😶 Thought this was an interested metric i would share as it shocked me and it was the first time i took a note whilst reading this particular book 📖
