If you are very lean, and are binge eating, THAT IS NORMAL, that is a natural human response, to stop the binge eating, you simply cave in until you stabilize your body weight.馃
If you binge eat and are not lean, it is an addiction and you must take accountability for it. The longer you blame something else for your binge eating, the more power you take away from yourself to stop the behavior and you give to an external force.馃憡
