Arm issue
Been having some elbow discomfort for like 2 weeks, I feel when i throw at max intent. It's mainly on the back of my elbow. Already got it checked out by my school trainer. Everything is fine. I can workout and use my elbow fine . Just when I throw at max intent. What tips or exercises should I do? I personally think I just have weak forearms and weak triceps.
