I’ve got the dodgers in 6! Better bullpen with how deep it is and if the SPs can not blowup every other start like they did in the NLCS then the lineup can produce enough

What's your favorite "drill" to do to improve your throwing motion?

I really like to “Superman” drill but I modify it to start with my throwing arm up basically ready to throw. It gets my body in a good rhythm and allows me to simulate having my arm where I need it to be.
