I know that determining lead quality and scheduling meetings can be challenging for many.
I've created a system that uses AI to call leads, classify them, and schedule appointments automatically.
It is divided into 2 workflows:
FIRST WORKFLOW
The person fills out a form with their information: name, email, phone number, what service they need, etc.
Automatically, we register this person in a customized Google Sheets.
We use an AI that calls the lead and asks questions about their situation, what solution they need, tools to achieve it, etc., with the goal of determining if they are a quality lead. (We customize this according to the service we offer and the questions we want to ask).
SECOND WORKFLOW
The trigger for the information to be sent to the webhook is the end of the call.
With the first module of OpenAI, we format the conversation from the call into a script format to make it easy to read.
With the second module of OpenAI, we classify the lead based on the answers they provided in the conversation with the AI.
With the third module of OpenAI, we make a brief summary of the lead's business and the number of employees they have.
We update the sheet with all the above information.
If the lead is of quality, we send them an email with a link to our calendar to schedule a meeting. If they are not a qualified lead, we send them an email saying that we cannot work with them at the moment (in a softer manner) and we already have their information in case we want to do long-term nurturing.
