I'm hoping by joining this group i'll learn to conquer these ill thought and begin a life of positive thinking and prosperity. I have a problem. When i speak with people i know, i can speak to them with some confidence but when i start to speak with stranger, my confidence falls and voice sound low and shaky sometimes. How can i improve on this?
