1lb ground chicken
2TBLSP ground fennel/sage which ever you prefer
2TBLSP apple cider vinegar
2 TBLSP coconut aminos alternative to soy sauce
1/2tsp smoked salt you can use 1 tsp I prefer less salt
1TBSP duck fat
1 TBLSP Ghee
Set aside Ghee to use to cook with. Mix everything together & make sausage Pattie’s.
