This community is in BETA. I need your insight and direction. MSILA aims to create a dynamic social networking website and AI-assisted community for global K-12 school leaders. This platform, referred to as “The Academy”, will enable leaders to connect, share, learn, and access professional development resources. The intent is to create a personalized learning platform that utilizes AI to analyze individual school leaders’ learning preferences, recommend relevant resources and courses, track progress toward leadership competencies and be a personal and professional concierge. This personalized approach will provide tailored support to each member and maximize their learning and their global community connections.
