The Modern School International Leadership Academy (MSILA) aims to provide an online AI-assisted international community for K – 12 school leaders worldwide. The Academy will offer events, leadership programs, and a one-stop hub of principal-centered professional knowledge. By connecting, sharing, and learning alongside each other, school leaders can enhance their skills and knowledge.
Vision: Develop a global AI-assisted social networking platform, MSILA, to facilitate modern school leadership practices, in-person learning sessions, and conferences.
