2.Find a workout buddy: Having a brother to hold you accountable and share the journey with makes it more enjoyable and motivating.
3.Make it a form of ibadah: Remember that taking care of your body is a form of worship. Dedicate your workouts to Allah and seek His reward.
4.Start small and be consistent: Don't try to do too much too soon. Start with a manageable routine and gradually increase intensity and duration.
5.Make healthy choices: Fuel your body with nutritious food and stay hydrated to support your fitness goals.
6.Seek inspiration from the Sahaba: Look to the examples of the Prophet's companions, who were known for their physical strength and endurance.
7.Reward yourself: Give yourself a treat or reward for reaching milestones or completing challenging workouts.
