just opening the discussion for whether it’s too much.
Here’s the thing: it depends on your weight, but also your level of activity.
Some things Kris mentions he does that will influence your water intake:
  • sauna
  • Working out
  • Natural diuretic
how often you do those things (and more) I’m sure has an impact on the amount of water you should be drinking.
Generally a good guideline though.
