My method for insane muscles💪
I used to skip workouts and be very inconsistent which made me stay skinny. A thing that helps me be consistent is my workout schedule. I have written down in my notes on my phone what workout I am gonna do what day. Ex. Mon: Push Wed: Pull Fri: Arms Sat: Legs and abs I also know I am gonna do the workout before my breakfast in the morning everyday. This schedule make it very clear for me when I am gonna workout. I can´t skip a workout when I know what time of the day I am gonna workout and which workout I am gonna do. This is a hack that help me never skip workouts. Become JACKED brother.

How getting jacked changed my life💪
I used to be a skinny boy and it sucked. I was very insecure in myself and I had no confidence. My dream to be strong and have muscle so I could be confidence and attractive motivated me to start going to the gym. Now 3,5 years later I am jacked af and I got all the benefits I dreamt of having. The 3 things that helped me do this was: 1. Doing a clean bulk instead of a dirty bulk. 2. Focusing on increasing my testosterone in natural ways. 3. Sleeping 8+ hours every day.

I lost my hollow cheeks overnight
2 months ago I went on a crazy diet and became lean. After this period I ate everything-noodles,candies,chocolate, but I was becoming even leaner with time, since my calories never exceeded 2000. My hair was growing out and together with my leaner face I looked kind of like a pretty boy, although I wasn't weak, I was jacked too. Up untill this point I was eating a lot of carbs,sugar and salt and my sleep schedule was absolutely recked,but if anything I was becoming leaner.Two days ago I ate 3 steaks and bought chips, together they were less than 2000 calories, but when I woke up yesterday my hollow cheeks were almost gone and my face looked bloated (that's the first photo). I thought that maybe it's not because of the carbs, I was eating a lot of carbs regardless, maybe it's because of the salt content. So yesterday I drank a lot of water and decided to go on another low carb, no sodium diet for at least another month. I ate only meat,eggs and couple of mandarins.I slept 12 hours today, but when I woke up my hollow cheeks were completely gone this time. If anything it shouldn't have become worse. Is it because of the water consumption? I mean my body hasn't gotten rid of all the carbs in my body (I think this would take a week), so maybe the 3L of water I was drinking was being absorbed by these carbs. I remember months ago when I used to go to the club with my friend, I was drinking a lot of alcohol and every night that I was coming home my face looked extremely lean, maybe because alcohol dehydrates you, maybe it's because of that, I don't know. So if I go on keto or carnivore drinking 4L of water will not be a problem, but will I always become bloated the moment I ate carbs + drinking a lot of water? I remember this past 2 months I was always going to pee, it was so irritating. But the last 2 days it just went away Both of the first images are from yesterday. The second is after I worked out and sweated, it seems to have made my face a little bit leaner, but today for some reason I'm even more bloated, that's the third image, I took it the moment I woke up from bed. I have 6 abs, but getting lean in the face is the hardest.

I've talked about my fitness achievements in a bunch of comments a lot of times, so I decided.. why not make a full post on it. This is not to brag nor is it to show you i'm better than you, it's just to show you the possibilities when you put your mind towards your goals. ALL PROOF IS UPLOADED ON THIS POST OR WITH VIDEO LINK DISCLAIMER: for the running section, DON'T try to do the same as I did. Although I didn't get injured, what I did was super risky and not smart. You should always build up and slowly progress into more advanced levels, unlike what I did. STATS: 12 years old, 45kg 5"7 skinny AF 16 years old, 80kg, 6"4 jacked AF OKAY LET'S GET STARTED: 1. 225 BENCH AT 14 YEARS OLD: video link I started working out in my bedroom at 12 years old. Push ups, pull ups, dips were all i did. I trained super super hard going to failure on every single set. Motivated by the need to build a sick physique and never be skinny again. I trained at home 3-5 times a week, usually following a random combination of Push Pull Legs Abs. Fast forward 2 years I hit 225 bench without a gym membership (I cheated the system by doing free trials with different phone numbers once a week). At 14 years old I hit 225 bench by actually going to the gym once a week. I trained sooo hard, but most importantly, I ate a f***ck ton of food. I noticed that every kg i gained, added 2kg to my bench. Knowing that I was unstoppable. 4000 calories every single day combined with blood sweat and tears into my training got me a top 0,1% bench press at 14 years old. A year later at 15 I bench pressed my current all time PR of 265lbs. During this time I grew a kind of cringey, but still good gym tiktok account to 25k followers, motivating hundreds of thousands of young men. (4 vids with over 2M views) 2. 10K, 15K & HALF MARATHON AT 15 YEARS OLD in 2022, I started hearing more and more about david goggins and he motivated the f*ck out of me. In 2023 (15) I saved edits into my camera roll and I started reading Cant Hurt me (10/10 would read again). David goggins got me motivated to run, which we'll get into in a second.

I have gained over 5kg of muscle mass in the last 6 months while going hard on business. And that has been awesome. The things that worked for me was 1. Doing a clean bulk with healthy food and big portions of especially eggs and meat. 2. Increasing my testosterone by following my daily testosterone boost protocol (see down below). 3. Workout hard. I was able to workout hard and a lot when I ate healthy and had high testosterone levels Stay hard
