I used to be a skinny boy and it sucked.
I was very insecure in myself and I had no confidence.
My dream to be strong and have muscle so I could be confidence and attractive motivated me to start going to the gym.
Now 3,5 years later I am jacked af and I got all the benefits I dreamt of having.
The 3 things that helped me do this was:
- Doing a clean bulk instead of a dirty bulk.
- Focusing on increasing my testosterone in natural ways.
- Sleeping 8+ hours every day.
