Hey I'm Luke
Im 17 living in Oxford and my goal is to be self sufficient through my consulting business or through a carreer in finance and tech.
things i want to gain out of this community:
- network with great individuals. put together meetups around london and abroad
- gain insightfull knowledge into how others perform and techniques
- surround myself with like minded individuals who want to improve themselves the most
being involved in self improvement for two years i have covered the the majority of concepts with time managment, mindfulness and fitness. i find now that to optimise things further to really boost up my life.
Currently i am in the final year of school looking to go off to university to study finance. i have an idea of what i want to complete afterwards but i want to just give myself the best odds in life possible.
what i am struggling with right now:
- routines and systems. i've done them all but these last six months i've changes courses and so i dont have one right now
- fitness with a busy routine. i fight 3 times a week and i want to be able to also go gym while accounting for my studies
- improving my mindset. i comonly slip into negative spirals including depressive episodes. I'm either really happy, really focused, really content or really depressed. i find i shift between these emotions quickly which means i get out of these ruts quickly but also means i get into these ruts quickly
