Bidding vs. Hourly Rate
Hey Team! I鈥檝e noticed many businesses opting to advertise hourly rates for their services. For those of you with experience in both approaches, what pros and cons have you encountered when bidding a job versus offering an hourly rate? Do you find that your close rate on leads improves when you provide an hourly rate, or do you see better conversion rates with flat bids. Looking forward to learning more and more as we get going!

Google My Business
Good morning - I have had so much trouble with GMB. The site keeps saying verification is needed. Anyone else experienced issues and is willing to help? Thank you!

Small Jobs and Discounts
Wanted to get opinions from others about a situation I'm encountering right now. There is a small 1/2 day job (5 small tree removal) that I quoted yesterday. This afternoon, the client asked if I can lower the price and, if I can't, would I do some other work (moving logs which will take 1-2 hours) across their property. My response was that the initial estimate is the best price and I can move the logs for additional cost. I've been in business for several months, things are going really well and I have several weeks of work scheduled so I don't feel like I need to be super flexible with this client. How would you handle this situation?

CRM
I know Jobber has been highly recommended here and folks are using it. I'm looking at a few different options for software for my tree service. Anyone else run a tree service and have experience with ArboStar? Online searches / forums appear to favor it over some other options, just curious if anyone has any direct insight.
