Friday I swam laps for 45 minutes and drove home for the weekend. Saturday I had the 2nd to last personal training session at the gym near where I live. This is for core workouts only. I also worked out chest, abs, and shoulders. I also attended a community meeting in one of the communities I belong to and a call with another community creator. Sunday, I had a call and a community meeting with other communities I belong to. I worked out chest, triceps and abs at the gym Sunday too. I didn't get much reading done but will this week.
