Morning routine & meditation (>10 minutes) ✅ Cold shower 🚿 ✅ Journal for 10 minutes ✍️ ✅ Read for 20 minutes 📖 ❌ Spend 45 minutes outdoors each day 🌲❌ Deep work ✅ Eat only whole foods for 75% of meals over the 3 day period✅ Drink 2 Liters of water each day❌ Workout 🏋️ (Swimming Friday only 45 minutes; Chest, core, abs, shoulders Saturday; Sunday chest, abs, and triceps) ✅ Swimming laps (>30 minutes) (Friday) 🏊 ✅ Study 📖 2 hours at least ❌ Attend a community meeting 👨👨👦👦 ❌ Offer positive advice and help to someone who is down on Skool 🫂 ✅ Friday I swam laps for 45 minutes and drove home for the weekend. Saturday I had the 2nd to last personal training session at the gym near where I live. This is for core workouts only. I also worked out chest, abs, and shoulders. I also attended a community meeting in one of the communities I belong to and a call with another community creator. Sunday, I had a call and a community meeting with other communities I belong to. I worked out chest, triceps and abs at the gym Sunday too. I didn't get much reading done but will this week.
