I spoke with some friends about my work situation and they suggested I should have left months ago and never agreed to return working for my former employer. Tuesday and Wednesday I worked out at the gym and started making revisions and improvements to my community. I am still tired often despite sleeping 7 - 8 hours a night but I do wake 2 - 3 times each night to pee.

Saturday I had the 2nd to last personal training session at the gym near where I live. This is for core workouts only. I also worked out chest, abs, and shoulders. I also attended a community meeting in one of the communities I belong to and a call with another community creator. Sunday, I had a call and a community meeting with other communities I belong to. I worked out chest, triceps and abs at the gym Sunday too. I didn't get much reading done but will this week.

I also swam and did workout on my chest and abs Thursday. Wednesday I had a morning meeting with a community creator about making Loom videos and walked around after rather than working outdoors. I am trying to improve my diet too.
