Over the last 3 years we have helped over 600+ Everyday Heroes (Police, Firefighters, Military Personnel, Medical Professionals, etc.) get fit for duty and for life. #2 - What I want out of this community is to be of the utmost service... I want to connect with new friends. I want to serve our existing clients and I want to help people become the best versions of themselves through mastering their minds and bodies. #3 - For fun... I mean... I do things like this. lol... my work is fun for me ... but when I am not working I love hanging with my family, going shooting, meeting up with my team, and sitting by the pool.

Memorial Day 🇺🇸🫡
Happy memorial day! I hope all of you enjoy this long weekend with your family (for those of you who don't work) The freedom we have in America was bought and paid for with the blood of our brothers and sisters. My time in the military shaped who I am as a person and will forever be with me. I know there's a lot of people in this community who served and are currently serving in the military. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those that made the ultimate sacrifice and for our active military members to keep you guys safe!
