1st Session was great here is what you missed - Audio is available here.
1st part of the session was just intro - you can skip past that.
Understanding who your audience is and how to reach them.
For me, I have 2 audiences:
Recruiters - typically expect humor around recruitment, tips on technology, and then tips on being a better recruiter.
Job seekers - Tips on resume, Interview tips, how to get a job.
Then we transitioned into video content basics:
  1. The most important part of a video is the hook - if you DON'T nail the first part of the video you will not capture people's attention.
  2. Hook then add credibility - Why should people listen to you?
  3. Record in bite-size chunks vs long 1-2 minute sections.
If you want me to review a few videos, feel free to send them to me! I'm happy to give you quick tips.
If you're looking for one-on-one help, please DM me. I offer hourly coaching dedicated to helping you!
Feel free to listen and drop any questions you have here!
