Weight when working out
Hey quick question.
What should be the focus when I’m training? Adding more weight, time under tension, or intensity on the exercises.
Right now I’m going to the gym consistently again but have lost a lot of my power(?) after a gym break.
I’m focusing only on “low” weight but with more technique, your videos are helping a lot, and more time under tension.
guys, whats your view on that?
