We started training our "competition" 3 years ago when we hosted our first Business P.L.A.N. event in CT. We taught agents how I scaled to earning $500k per year within just 3 years of being a licensed real estate agent and gave practical tips they could implement right away to grow. 75 agents attended our first event, and from there we've gone on to train hundreds of agents on our Business. P.L.A.N. format and dozens of other topics.
