Last few week temp check - how’s the market been for everyone ? Multiple offers still on homes? Slow? I’ve seen a mix of both. I also feel like buyers have become more picky… why? I don’t know. What is everyone else seeing?

That advice applies for everyone- team leaders and productive solo agents. Get rid of EVERYTHING that isn’t the MOST important thing. If you have 5 things on your list that are “most important”, do the 1 that is actually THE most important first. Oftentimes the other problems resolve themselves. In a sales context the MOST important is usually lead generation (do more or do it better). It’s not spending an additional hour perfecting your social media caption or newsletter. It’s not That’s a really brief summary of this podcast which I strongly recommend for team leaders.
