@Lou Raven I love how you spent the first 10 to 15 minutes of the presentation not even mentioning their own home price. You educated them so well on the local market and what’s been going on in their neighborhood that they wouldn’t even question the price that you’ve chosen for their house.

Have you planned your end of the year calendar?
I just nailed down what I need to accomplish before 2025 and I am stoked!!! Determing what are top priorities and what needs to be completed month by month made it seem far more attainable and lifted a ton of stress. With the holidays approaching it is even more important to dial in how much time you are realistically going to be working IN your business in November/December. What are your OCTOBER goals?

@Lou Raven agreed. I have called agents, builders, etc. I am coming to the conclusion that this land won’t sell for anything more than $150,000 the way we currently have it set up. We could potentially change the entrance of the property and that might help.

@Lou Raven we haven’t spent a lot of time on that topic, but I know he’s looking for somebody to build a single-family or multifamily on the property. Even if somebody who’s going to build, condos, said they would give him the price he’s looking for, he would say no.

Would it be helpful if…
… I posted recordings of my 1 on 1 CMA trainings with the agents I mentor? I’d need to clear it with each of them & make sure they’re cool with it…. Also they’re not my most professional trainings from a language POV 😂
