I spoke with you about the subject to deal I had under contract last week. I now have a buyer for the property and I am going to set up the title search and closing with an attorney this week. After watching the subject to portion of your training video, I wanted to use this platform to get some advice and maybe help others in the future. Will the lawyer set up the third party that you spoke about or is that something that the buyer and/or I need to set up? Also, I know you said that the note due on sale rarely happens, but what are common reasons that it does happen? Particularly in this case, because as you know the most enticing part of this deal was the entry fee. Thank you for your time.
