What is normal to pay for outsourced paraplanning?

Hello crew!

Quick question - we are launching traditional outsourced admin and paraplanning for firms that just aren't quite ready yet to go full AI with us. We are only charging $35/hr for admin and $50/hr for paraplanning. Have we set our pricing too low? Would appreciate insight.
