I want to share a little bit about last week and the anxiety I felt and how I overcame the anxious feeling.
So I was working out at my gym and going through a hard workout, during one of my final sets, I started to feel a bit dizzy (which is something that caused anxiety for me in the past a lot). I sat down and told myself: “You’re just tired, you’re not going to pass out, and if you do, (which I never have) there’s people around to help”. After reaffirming that to myself a few times and putting other positive thoughts into my head about the feeling that was causing my anxiety, I started to feel a LOT better. The dizziness finally subsided and I finished the workout without any anxious feelings.
Just wanted to share my experience. I hope to share a lot more in the future.
