Just finished Phase 2.
Really like the fact that I can start practicing with chatGPT now. Been doing it every moment I can. I've lingered in this phase a bit before moving on so I can get to a point where I don't have to look at my notes to hit everything on my setting checklist.
Biggest takeaways:
- Identify their goals, Current situation, biggest roadblocks, and financially qualify them in as few texts as possible
- Use the information they give you to help justify the next questions and guide them towards booking a call.
Knowledge Gap:
- Maybe I have yet to come across this section or maybe I'm just thinking too ahead, but the only thing I feel might be missing in the lesson is what to do if I see that the prospect doesn't financially qualify for the opportunity or see that the offer wont benefit their objectives? Is there a way to politely/professionally turn them away to avoid having them join with false expectations, or is this more in the hands of the closer to do?
(again, if we go over this in the following phases, then disregard. Just thinking out loud).
