At 13, I was severely underweight—100lbs soaking wet. No muscles, no confidence. I was THAT skinny kid who was too shy to talk to girls, let alone approach them.
I hit the gym HARD, eating right, and focused on improving every day. 3+ years later? I’ve got abs that have stayed visible, benched 225lbs at 16, and transformed my body into what some have called a 9.7/10.
But it wasn’t just about the body. Confidence came with it. I went from being that awkward, insecure guy to attracting a loving girlfriend I’ve been with for over a year.
It’s been tough, especially with my type 1 diabetes, but it never stopped me. The gym taught me discipline, resilience, and that if you put in the work, anything is possible. 💪
Question for you: What’s YOUR biggest goal in the gym?
