I think I have been overdoing it. I have been having full body muscle spasms, literally head to toe, waking me up. Monday night was the worst yet. So I took Tuesday completely off, and I am feeling a bit better. But I think I need to slow down a little. SOOO, today I did just one round of the full body workout. I don't want to give up, but I think my body is telling me I need to go slower.
So. One round of the following.
Squat/bicept/etc-- two 10lbers
Deadlifts/row- two 15lbera
Side crunch- just the 12 reps
Curtsies- I skipped completely because of pain.
Overheads- held 30lbs while marching
Toe taps- with two 2lbers in hand
Kb swing- 10 lbs
Chest/shoulder/triceps- 15lbs
Plank- 45 seconds
