Just celebrated my 21st birthday for the 36th time. The goal for this year is to push the normal ruck distance from 5 to 7 miles ๐Ÿฆ

Updates
Hiii sorry everyone, I had to take a break from the challenge so I could rest and recover. The food poisoning or stomach bug or whatever knocked me on my ASS and I made it worse by trying to exercise that first day. I switched to a diet of homemade bland chicken soup. I'm *finally* feeling better so I'm going to try to join the live challenge tomorrow! I also had to take it easy because I got my birth control implant replaced and my arm has been sooo messed up. And my cat had a vet emergency, and then my husband's car broke down. This week has been awful! I know we're at the end but I'm gonna finish as strong as I can. My arm is still healing but I'll try to get some footwork in tonight! ๐Ÿ’•
