Rice, chicken (or any meat) and hard boiled eggs. It's pretty much a staple. You can create so many meals with these three items by adding a veggie to it, or creating a meal using these foods. You can also snack on them.

Breakfast
-Hardboiled eggs with:
-Oatmeal
-toast
-fruit
-avocado
Lunch or Dinner
-Rice, chicken and beams
-Chicken tacos
-Chicken salad
-Chicken wraps
-Chicken quesadilla
-Rice and tuna fish or any other meat
-Rice and lentils
-Rice and fried eggs
The simpler, the easier to follow.
