Hello All!
Wilma here, I used to shuffle and actively dance a lot however I moved recently to small town for training in aviation at the beginning of this year. With all my studying and working I’ve lacked in keeping my body in movement of any sort and that is something I am missing dearly and know that it would help mentally , physically and spiritually to get back into working out and dance. Happy to be a part of this group and community to get into movement with all of you!
