30 Day Summer Shred Challenge Instructions
This challenge will consist of 10-20 minute workouts 5 days a week. Each workout is different. - 3 at home strength training workouts - 2 footwork/dance based cardio You will also get: - My mobility routine - Nutrition guidance - Weekly check ins The workouts are pre-recorded so you can do them at your convenience. For this challenge you will need: -Yoga mat or soft surface to lay on -Weight of any kind (im using kettlebells) -Resistance band -Loop resistance band (optional) The challenge is now $22 to join, we are starting Monday, July 1st.
