Whaddup!
Haven’t had a chance to do the next workouts since I don’t have a kettle ball yet. But it actually is an important piece of equipment I want to incorporate for at home equipment for those days I can’t make it to the gym. Will do after I pay off a few things. Any suggestions on how much weight I should get? Also still got a nice workout in outside in the heat. Was so sore but my soul needed it.
