You must get your vibe right first and maintain it no matter what. This is foundational and its always going to be that way. Frantic, desperate, anxious, racing energy will not achieve much. I don’t care what's going on - you gotta find a way to chill out and trust life more. This is probably the most important thing in life: Get your vibe right first, then act. Meditation and mindfulness really are aiming towards this end. A trigger from daily life, other people or events will often knock you out of a flow state.
