NEW Snappy Boilerplate Announcement!
I'm excited to announce that we are collaborating with @Benoît de Montecler from ncScale to launch a brand new boilerplate! We'll be kicking things off with our early Beta Users starting next week. To accelerate this initiative, I've brought in @Daniel Migizi from Twenty Two Alchemy. Daniel has consistently stood out and brought tremendous value to this community; making him the perfect person to drive the education and expansion of this tool. We've been working over the past few weeks to build a robust boilerplate incorporating the tools we're currently using for our own projects and our clients' projects - namely, WeWeb and Xano! So what does that mean for you? It means that building projects just got WAY easier thanks to WeWeb's powerful library functionality, and native integration with Xano! Right out of the box, the WeWeb/Xano boilerplate will include: - Stripe Payments Integration - Sendgrid Email Functionality - Stripe MarketPlace Connect - Password Reset Functionality - Authentication System - ...and much more! But now, I need to ask for a favor from our community. I need to build hype for this on LinkedIn. If you could go to the link below: My Linked In Post It would mean a lot to me if you would like/comment/share my post! Thank you all for being part of this community - it has been a pleasure to see it grow with you all!

NEW Snappy Boilerplate Announcement!
I'm looking for a talented WeWeb and Xano developer to collaborate on a migration project.
Project Overview: - The client currently has an MVP built on Softr and Airtable and is looking to migrate to WeWeb and Xano. What they're Looking For: - Strong expertise in WeWeb and Xano. - Proven experience in platform migrations, ideally from low-code tools like Softr and Airtable. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Key Responsibilities: - Lead hands-on development efforts. - Collaborate closely with the client’s development team. - Guide the migration process and share best practices. - Ensure a smooth and efficient transition to the new platform. Additional Info: - This is a time-sensitive project, with a target completion date before a major announcement at the end of January. - Immediate availability is essential. - The role is flexible—project-based or full-time—with the potential for a long-term collaboration if it’s the right fit. Send me a DM if interested.

Synchronous Work > Asynchronous Work
Lately, I’ve been experimenting with a new approach: collaborative build sessions with my clients. Instead of the traditional asynchronous back-and-forth, we work together in real time for an hour or two each day, building and iterating directly on their project scope. The best part? Watching clients actively solve their own business challenges. This hands-on strategy bridges the gap between business and technology, fostering ownership and empowering teams to iterate and test new ideas long after our sessions end. Rather than pouring resources into disconnected development cycles, this approach enables clients to actively shape their software in real-time. I think the best approach is to combine a mix of both synchronous and asynchronous work to really accelerate development. But so far synchronous work is proving to be valuable.
