2nd times the charm
My second loaf was a little overdone in my opinion. It's the reason I no longer preheat my cast-iron. Good size ear though, and I tried to carve little roses with my bread lame in honor of my sweet daughter. Bread Lame: https://amzn.to/4fJKp23
